The weather has turned colder. The leaves aren’t green anymore. And the sun doesn’t shine like it does in Spring and Summer. That is why I’m taking it back to #CITYFEST, a fun free event held in Mount Vernon, NY! #MVCITYFEST was presented by the City of Mount Vernon NY, Mayor Richard Thomas and Friends of Mount Vernon Arts Recreation & Youth Programs (FMVARYP). Last years festivities took place between East 1st Street and East 2nd Street.
